“The contact owns a 2022 Buick Enclave. The contact stated while driving 75 MPH, she heard an abnormal loud popping noise coming from the exterior of the vehicle. The contact veered to the side of the road and inspected the vehicle and noticed that the sunroof glass had shattered. The contact stated there was no object that had struck the sunroof nor any other vehicle nearby that could have caused the sunroof to shatter. The contact was able to continue to drive and the vehicle was taken to a local dealer who inspected the vehicle but could not determine the cause of the failure. The dealer replaced the sunroof glass. The manufacturer was made aware of the failure. The failure mileage was approximately 200.”

“I have a 2022 Buick Enclave Avenir. I purchased the car Dec 2021. I received a low pressure indicator October 26, 2022 in which I had the tire repaired. The brakes started grinding in December of 2022. I took it to the local dealership several times and have called to report the issue as well. On one visit the brake pads were repaired because of a bulletin received from GM. A few days after the replacement, the brakes are still grinding. (see attached documents) I called the dealership again and was told, I assure you that you are not the only one. There are at least 4-5 other customers in my area having the same issue and there is nothing the dealership can do until they receive instructions from GM. What can be done about this? I am concerned with this issue and would like to see it resolved or get a replacement. I have not received a follow up call regarding this issue from the local dealership or GM. My family is important to me and I am not comfortable continuing to own this vehicle without a resolve.”
